Cancellation

Order cancellation is permitted prior to shipment or production. Full refunds will be issued for canceled orders. Cancellations will not be accepted for orders that have already been dispatched.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Returns to the manufacturer are not accepted.

Refunds

Following receipt and inspection of returned goods, we will notify you via email regarding refund approval.Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Late or Undelivered Refunds
