SHIPPING INFORMATION
We process orders from Monday to Friday. All orders will be handled within 3 to 5 days of placement and shipped the following day after processing is completed.
Our standard shipping time ranges from 10 to 15 days, so we kindly ask you to wait patiently for updates on your logistics information.
Please note that some of our products are entirely handmade. Due to the high volume of orders, we need 1 to 2 weeks to produce these items, which may extend the overall delivery time.
Please be aware that these are only estimated delivery times, and fikanest.com does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Please ensure all your delivery information is accurate. If there is any incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update it, which could result in delivery delays. Delays may also occur during customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may prolong the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either your local post office or a local courier. Depending on your location, most orders are delivered by the local postal service, so you will receive your package along with your regular mail. If you are not home when delivery is made, the postal service may leave a notice card informing you how and where to collect your package.
